AromaTouch
AromaTouch is an infusion of aromatherapy and touch. Touch is such a powerful experience. As humans we are programmed for touch. New born babies that experience skin to skin contact at birth have been shown to have improved brain function, better body temperature maintenance and improved nutrient absorption.
But it doesn’t stop there, as adults we can experience significant benefits to our well-being from touch. Hugging has been shown to lower cortisol our stress hormone, increase serotonin our natural antidepressant as well as increase our ‘killer cells’ boosting our immune system.
Through a 4 stage process combining a sequence of therapeutic essential oils from doTERRA, acupressure and massage movements we will support your body through:

What oils do we use?
Balance – creates a sense of calmness and well-being as well as a bond between the giver and the receiver.
Lavender – cherished for its unmistakable aroma and calming properties bringing soothing and relaxation.
Tea Tree (Melaleuca) – bring cleansing to the body.
OnGuard – used for its cleansing properties and immune system support.
AromaTouch – offers calm and relaxation along with a soothing sensation to the skin.
Deep Blue – offer pain support you will notice a tingling and warming affect on the skin.
Wild Orange – time to reawaken the body with this oil known for its ability to energise and revitalise.
Peppermint – promoting energy and invigoration.
