I love what I do

Why I do what I do? After being a stay at home mum until my youngest daughter was 10, I joined the ambulance service and trained to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). It was a job that I loved, a job that I discovered I was very good at. Sadly, following a back injury, I had to leave the job after just 7 years.

During my recovery I was introduced to reflexology, something that helped me significantly both with the stress and with my physical recovery. The ambulance service experience fed my passion for working with people but added a fascination for health and my recovery a desire to train to be a reflexologist. It took me nearly 15 years to overcome the voice in my head that said ‘but what if I can’t do it?’ finally turning it into ‘but what if I can?’. I qualified in 2020 and I am now running a therapy clinic giving back to others the experience that was shared with me all those years ago.


I have teamed up essential oils with my treatments to offer a more targeted health experience for my clients. I personally started using essential oils in 2018, I feel brighter, more energetic, my mental health is stronger and I am no longer plagued with respiratory infections! I have also seen huge changes within my family, friends and customers who have introduced them into their lives. Together we are learning a new way of life, getting back to natural as much as possible, and replacing so many of everyday foods, products, and medications with all that nature has gifted us.

In order to offer my clients the best well-being I can I am constantly learning and adding new skills. Alongside reflexology I now offer massage and AromaTouch plus I am adding in aspects for mental well-being such as Sleep Therapy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
