Reflexology is a non-invasive touch therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and well-being
Treatments can be enjoyed both on the face or the feet
The origins of reflexology are believed to date back to 2500 BC. Evidence suggests that reflexology may have been used in Egypt as illustrations found show medical practitioners performing hand and foot treatments on patients. In the 1890s, British scientists found that nerves connect the skin and internal organs. They also found that the body’s entire nervous system tends to adjust to outside factors, including touch. In the early 1900’s a Dr William Fitzgerald recognised that by applying pressure to certain points on the feet you could reduce the levels of pain. He even wrote an article titled “To stop that toothache, squeeze your toe”
Combine and enjoy all the benefits of both foot and face reflexology. Relax, de-stress, rebalance and encourage your body to heal itself through the benefit of regular treatments. Help to improve your sleep, your digestive health, reduce your pain or even your blood pressure.
